Monthly Retainer
Early Stage services are priced to accommodate early- and mid-stage start-ups, as well as established companies. The goal is to create a partnership in achieving cost-effective staffing goals.
- Monthly retainer of $10,000.00.*
The retainer covers all services provided and is independent of the level of position(s) or number of hires.

- Monthly retainer of $7,000.00 and the balance in stock options.*
Pre-IPO or regular stock options are a one-time grant covering assignments of one-to-three months in duration. The number of options per one-to-three month engagement are negotiable and the expected value will be struck at market.
Although either of the above alternatives reflects significant savings to the client when compared to traditional search or agency fees, Early Stage encourages the advantages of the combined retainer and stock options plan. This plan enhances the level of the partnership and provides even greater cost-savings to the client.
Contract Staffing Assignments
Contract staffing assignments are billed at an hourly rate, incorporating options as an alternative plan:
- $65.00 per hour if telecommuting and $75 per hour if working on site*
- $45.00 per hour and the balance in stock options*
Pre-IPO or regular stock options are a one-time grant covering assignments of one-to-three months in duration. The number of options per one-to-three month engagement are negotiable and the expected value will be struck at market.
Project Management
Project management is billed at an hourly rate, incorporating options as an alternative plan:
- $95.00 per hour*
- $70.00 per hour and the balance in stock options*
Pre-IPO or regular stock options are a one-time grant covering assignments of one-to-three months in duration. The number of options per one-to-three month engagement are negotiable and the expected value will be struck at market.
*All expenses incurred in the client's behalf are pre-approved and billed at cost.
